Reservation Policy

• Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, in case you won't show up, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned
• We are entiteled to check the validity of your credit card anytime after confirmation.  In case this check fails, you'll be asked to guarantee your reservation. In case you won't, the reservation will be canceled without further notice.
  
• For groups, evend if the rate is a standard one, we always require a not refundable pre payment of the 50% on total amount.
